OVERVIEW
The machine uses the advance laminating technology for normal Magnetic Stripe Card, various Contact & Contactless smart card and prepaid card's production. With heating and cooling towers, PLC control, double liquid compressor pump plus 4 pressure tanks to compress the sheet for the lamination.

Cooling water will be cycled in the cooling steel board, thus the steel board's temperature will going down. There are water-pipe ports connected to cooling steel board.
 
•   Advanced hydraulic control system
In each tower, there are 4 hydraulic cylinders working together and pressures controlled by 2 motor and hydraulic pumps. The pressure control is very average and precisely.
 
•   Advanced heating system.
Use advanced heating rod. There are 6 heating rods in each press board. PLC controls each layer's temperature precisely. The temperature precision is ±1ºC. The lamination temperature range could be up to 170 ºC
 
•   Advanced pressure control system
The pressure range is 0-18MPa and controlling precision is 0.1MPa (1 Bar), which achieved by advanced pressure sensor and PLC. The hydraulic components imported from global supplier which ensures system working reliable and stable.
