Applying Area:

This equipment is used for punching ISO standard cards, business cards, or NON-ISO standard cards. The speed is fast. Applying high accurate cameras to do the position and the industrial PC to do the control. The sorting function could save the manpower cost and is very effective.

1.Feeding unit:Auto feeding, applying the lift chain system, it could ensure every sheet feeding even and stably. 

2. Position Unit: applying high resolution camera to make position, the punching accuracy could be ±0.1mm.

3.Transfer Unit: applying the machine hand to transfer the material stably and accurately. 

4.Punching Unit: applying the high resolution camera to make the postion and the industrial PC to control the punching. It could recongnize the punching area accurately also punch well with lamination deform cards to avoid waste.
