OVERVIEW

The machine is specially designed for production of pre-laminated sheet inlay and contactless card, also suitable to plastic card and contact smart cards' production.
 
Thanks the advanced laminating technology and durable performance, this machine has independent heating and cooling tower, PLC control, double liquid compressor pump plus 4 hydraulic press tanks. The aluminum alloy press board has efficient & uniform heating/cooling spread results, the solid mechanical performance as well. The system can preset 10 sets parameters for your easy operation.

The balanced, fast heating/cooling system makes the final laminated sheet ultra-plain, also very limited shrinking rate of material & sheet.
 
•  Advanced cooling system
Cooling water will be cycled in the cooling press board, and cooling speed is controlled by auto system. There are water-pipe ports connected to cooling press board.
 
•  Advanced heating system
Use advanced heating rod. There are 6 heating rods in each press board. PLC controls each layer's temperature precisely. The accuracy is ±1ºC, and the heating temperature up to 200 °C
 
•  Easy operation and simple maintenance
All system controlled by PLC and operated on touch screen. All operation parameters set on the screen, system can store 10 presetting parameters as well. Easy operation and simple maintenance is the highlight.
 
•  Advanced hydraulic press control system
The pressure range is 0-20Mpa (200 Bar), controlling precision is 0.1MPa (1 Bar). In each press tower, there are 4 hydraulic cylinders working together and pressures controlled by 2 motor and hydraulic pumps. The pressure control is balanced and precisely (±1bar) via sensors & PLC working. The key parts of hydraulic system are from global top-class supplier, can guarantee system with high reliability and stability.
 
•  Remarks
Customer needs to deploy the water cooling system. There are water pipes' connecting ports on the machine.
