Auto Collation Machine is used forcollating the card sheets,it also has thenormal overlay /magstripe overlay functions.This machine reaches the ISO standard.Ithelps the banking card (Visa/Master/UnionPay),Social Insurance card to realize theanti-counterfeit and magstripes functions.
This machine is used for collating the 3sheets (top sheet,inlay,bottom sheet),itcould add more sheet if required.Thecollating accuracy is ±0.1mm.
This machine applies the high accuratesensors and step system,could correct thesheets'horizontal /vertical positions.It hasthe servo system,accurate guide screw,ultrasonic collating design,glue cleaningstaion,500mm roll overlay diameter design,separable power control,auto lift feeding,applying the measure rulers,overlay guidingsystem and tension control design,wamingfuntions,thermal detects and so on.
The sheets collation is by the ultrasonicdevices.The overlay is welding by thethermal devices.
