The machine is a unique and high effective solution for collation, overlay placing. It can collate the sheets, inlay & overlay together to be ready for lamination.
 
The Customized design is acceptable. Ideal solution for card manufactures to reduce material cost and save manpower. This machine can apply for the banking cards, DI cards, ID, IC cards and so on. 

FEATURES
•   Apply high effective ultrasonic and welding units to make the straight, even, firm collation. 

•   It has 3 feeding units which can work for top sheet, inlay and bottom sheet. 
 
•   It has unique flow design with antistatic devices to eliminate the static in the sheets and overlay to make sure the feeding smoothly. 
 
•   It applies high accurate Keyence sensors to make accurate collation. 

•   Applying the dust elimination device to clean both sides of the collated sheets.

•   It applies the wheel cutting system and auto output system to realize high speed.
 
•   All the parts are modular design, very easy to add or remove each module. Customized design is acceptable.
